Welcome to our Website—a safe place for those who have been affected by a narcissist.

We understand that it can be difficult to put into words the experiences and feelings that come from having had a narcissist close in your life.

Here, you can find support, understanding, and knowledge, so you do not have to face this journey alone.

We have been through it ourselves, and we know how important it is to be able to relate to others who have experienced something similar. That is why we have created this platform, and access resources to help you move forward.

We believe that the path to healing begins with understanding. No matter where you are in your process, you are welcome here.

Our approach to Narcissism and the related abuse, builds on 3 pillars: Psychology, Biochemistry (Stress Hormones), and Neuroscience (how the brain function).

The idea´s behind the Recovery Package is to keep the price healing as low as possible, we understand that many victims have suffered financial loses, encountering the Narcissist.

The format using Video material is with the thoughts of making it as easy for you as possible, You don´t need to book a meeting, travel, get childcare or take time off work. You can access the material when you have time. We know that mind spin and memory are also a challenge, therefor it is possible to re-watch the Coaching Videos as many times as you need during the access period.

As I mentioned we have been thru the “Narcissistic Circus” ourselves, in close family, at work and not at least in relationships.
