This Agreement outlines the mutual expectations and commitments between both parties, ensuring a professional and supportive coaching relationship. By entering into this Agreement, the Client acknowledges their understanding of the process and agrees to actively participate to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Coaching Services Agreement Terms and Conditions

This Agreement is made between BehappyDanmark. (“Coach”) and Client as of the date of the client’s acceptance of these terms.

1. Scope of Services

The Coach agrees to provide coaching services to the Client focusing on the mutually agreed-upon goals, life coaching, executive coaching, which only include access to 30 days access to video sessions.

The Video material will help the Client to explore and clarify goals, generate strategies and an action plan, and encourage client responsibility and self-discovery.

2. Description of Coaching & Disclaimer

Coaching is a partnership and an interactive process designed to inspire the Client to maximize personal and professional potential. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care, medical advice, therapy, or legal counsel, and the Coach will not provide any of these services.

The Client understands they are solely and exclusively responsible for the choices, actions, and results they make in their personal and professional life. The Client is responsible for their own physical, mental, and emotional well-being during the coaching process and subsequently. The Coach makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties of any kind regarding results.

3. Session Details and Logistics frequency and Duration: 

  • The video Sessions will be available for a period of 30days, there will be no limitations, in how many times the client can view the videos, or time of use, day/evening or night.

  • Technical issues: BehappyDanmark is in no way responsible for technical IT issues (e.g. Hardware/computers/software/virus/internet connection etc.) If BehappyDanmark server/homepage supplier fails in the 30days period, the client can request extension of video material access, covering lost days, by using the contact function on the homepage or Mail: Niels@behappydanmark.dk

  • Delivery: Sessions will be conducted via video material on the homepage. Behappydanmark.dk/My account/log-in/subscriptions/Video material

  • Scheduling: Online Video Material is available in 30days, from payment/registration date.

  • Validity: Any package of sessions must be used within 30 day´s, from the date of purchase, or they will be forfeited.

  • Cookie:: We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal identification information or data collected via cookies to outside third parties. All cookie data and personal information remains strictly confidential and is used for internal purposes only.

4. Fees and Payment Terms Total Cost: The total fee for the coaching package is according to price stated on the website at the time of purchase.

  • Payment Schedule: Payment is due full upfront, per session.

  • Payment Method: Accepted payment methods are according to options available on the webpage.

5. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is not possible

6. Confidentiality

All discussions and information shared during coaching sessions remain strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law. This includes situations where the Coach perceives a risk of harm to the Client or another person, or if a court order requires the information to be provided. The Client understands and accepts the inherent security risks of using technology (email, video calls, etc.) for communication.

7. Intellectual Property

All coaching materials, including but not limited to guides, workbooks, worksheets, and resources provided by the Coach, are the intellectual property of the Coach. The Client is granted a single-user license and agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without the Coach’s express written permission.

8. Termination of Agreement

Either the Client or the Coach may terminate this agreement at any time with 14 days’ written notice. Upon termination, the Client will be responsible for payment for all services provided up to the termination date. Unused sessions will not be refunded.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Client agrees that the Coach is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damages arising out of the coaching relationship.

10. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Denmark.
